Reiki Breathwork

Reiki & Energy Work

Reiki is a complementary alternative health therapy that has been shown to help with stress, anxiety, pain and depression. It is a safe, relaxing therapy that activates your body's system to decrease stress hormones and tension.

 

Reiki is noninvasive and nonmanipulative. It involves lightly laying of hands just above or on the clothed body, working over the front and back in a slow progression of hand positions. You will feel grounded, clear and lighter.

Breathwork

Breathwork is the intentional control of breathing patterns. It offers physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.

Physically, breathwork benefits the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, and can improve sleep. It has been shown to positively affect mental health by elevating mood, allowing relaxation, aiding in creativity, and easing the effects of emotions related to grief, trauma, anxiety & depression. Spiritually, it can help build your intuition and connection with your inner self.

qigong meditation

Qigong, Yoga, Tapping

If you struggle with traditional seated meditation, qigong, yoga, and tapping are alternative ways to train your focus and find mental clarity. All three use movement as a meditation tool, bringing you out of your thinking mind and into an awareness of now.

 

These practices are not physically difficult (we're not talking about power yoga here, unless you want to train for fitness as well), can be practiced by ANY body, and have been shown to increase flexibility, range of motion, mental clarity, and lift your mood.

Meditation

You THINK you've been failing at meditation in the past. The secret? Distraction is a part of meditation! Without distraction, you can't recognize that you are distracted. Without recognition, there is no return to focus, and practicing return to focus....that's the whole point.
