Healthy Movement

We will identify: your strengths, ways to build movement into your every day life, and pinpoint where, and why, you carry tension in your body. Practices and training at home can include: Yoga, Tai-Chi, and other flexibility/strengthening exercises. For more vigorous activities, coaching will include: goal setting, accountability and habit changing. Together we will make a plan that will be as vigorous, or as gentle, as your body needs.

Get started with your first goal setting session and your first coaching session.

Jump in with your first goal setting session and you're on your way. Choose once or twice weekly, or more intensive programs. It's your journey, we'll go at your pace.
