Healthy Movement
We will identify: your strengths, ways to build movement into your every day life, and pinpoint where, and why, you carry tension in your body. Practices and training at home can include: Yoga, Tai-Chi, and other flexibility/strengthening exercises. For more vigorous activities, coaching will include: goal setting, accountability and habit changing. Together we will make a plan that will be as vigorous, or as gentle, as your body needs.
