About your coach.
My name is Ret Gormley
I've overcome being an overweight couch potato lacking the energy for life. I'm blessed to have pursued several ways to make a living that have made my heart sing and allowed me to explore the world. I've grieved the loss of my parents and helped others grieve for their loved ones as a Hospice care-aide and intake nurse. Spirituality, and the connections among and between breath, emotions, mind and body, has been the central focus of my life for the past 15 years. In addition I've professionally counseled, instructed or coached others most of my adult life.
